4th celebrations!

My mom's birthday happens to be July 4th, so we usually spend the day celebrating with her. We love it, Taylor always enjoys Nana and Shelby will soon enough. This year, since my parents moved back to Winder from Lake Hartwell, it was the first 4th we haven't been on the lake in a long time. It was a little sad, but we had a great time anyway.

My dad grilled as always, but decided to cook a goat this year...yes, a goat!

I did try it and I'd eat it if I had no other choice, but lucky for me dad also grilled some chicken and ribs...YUMMY!

Mom picked up some matching 4th outfits for the girls and so they were festive for the 4th!

So it's been a while. I really thought I'd have time to keep up with the blog this summer, but maybe it's a good thing I didn't. It means I was busy spending time with my favorite people in the world!
